However in the hopefully unlikely event of a faulty item or a breakage in transit, please email us at info@couleursdusud.com or phone us on 01777 816988 and we will send a replacement or refund immediately as well as paying for the postage to return the item if it is necessary, in some cases we will not need you to.

You are welcome to return an item for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Please see our refunds and exchanges page.
