Prices and payment

All our prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT where appropriate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We use PayPal as our payment method. Please note PayPal can still be used even if you do not have a Paypal account. When making payment for your shopping please choose the PayPal option. You will then be able to choose whether to pay by debit or credit card or to use a Paypal account.

We only accept an order once all details have been checked. If there were any problems we would contact you immediately. Payment will only be taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details and stock availability and are ready to dispatch your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we are ready to dispatch your order.

Packaging

We endeavor to charge as little as possible for packaging an item, however, due to the breakable nature of some of our items we do prefer to pack items well so that they arrive in one piece, rather than charge less and not package items sufficiently. So far we have never had an item delivered broken. Please see our customer comments.

Offer Codes

We will sometimes send you offer codes for you to use when shopping with us to give you extra value for money on your shopping. Please note that only one offer code can be used on a single shopping basket. Each offer can only be used once.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability, in the unlikely event an item was out of stock we would contact you immediately with an estimate for that item coming back into stock or to offer an alternative.

To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. After checking the items in your basket are correct and you have the correct delivery option you can click the "Order Now", button. At that point you are confirming your wish to buy the products and agreeing to our terms and conditions.  We will then send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. We will email you again when your order is dispatched. If you have any special requirements please fill in the order comments box under your order details in your shopping basket. we will do our best to meet  requests.
