We are happy to accept returns for any reason within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) for a full refund or in exchange for an alternative product.

Our products need to be seen to appreciate their good quality, however you can buy with confidence in the knowledge that should the product turn out to not be what you envisaged we will take it back without question.

Our only requests are that the goods are returned in the condition you received them in and if you could drop us an email at info@couleursdusud.com or call us on 01777 816988 to let us know you are returning the item it would be much appreciated. We do recommend you request proof of postage from the Post Office when returning an item. Where possible we will pay the postage for you to return an item, however, please note we cannot pay postage costs for returns from outside the mainland UK.
